User-Equipment-Info AVP携带的主要是手机用户的IMEI信息，通过用户的IMEI，可以判别用户终端的手机类型从而可以实现更多灵活的操作。在RFC4006中关于该AVP的原文定义如下：

“The User-Equipment-Info AVP (AVP Code 458) is of type Grouped and allows the credit-control client to indicate the identity and capability of the terminal the subscriber is using for the connection to network.

It is defined as follows (per the grouped-avp-def of RFC 3588 [DIAMBASE]):

User-Equipment-Info ::= < AVP Header: 458 >
                              { User-Equipment-Info-Type }
                              { User-Equipment-Info-Value }”

该AVP由两部分组成，User-Equipment-Info-Type以及User-Equipment-Info-Value。Type里面指明了用户信息的类型，如果取值为0则代表IMEISV，则后续及User-Equipment-Info-Value部分携带的就是用户的IMEI。
