大家好，
在满足什么条件下可以实现T“to verify that subscriber can transfer uplink/downlink data successfully and“Create PDP Context Request” message is containing QoS information without/with QoSextension information."
这种除了需要在HLR support配合修改Qos MBR 参数，还需要在EPG上面进行相应的配置修改么？
