PDN Connectivity Req with handover type

今天查看现场的包，发现有个有趣的组合， PDN Connectivity Req 消息中request type =handover。奇怪了半天。因为同一个MME没看到有切换场景。
后来翻了24301 部分：

“The UE shall set the request type to "handover" when the connectivity to a PDN is established upon handover from a non-3GPP access network and the UE was connected to that PDN before the handover to the 3GPP access network.”


可能这样的还不是经常看到，所以先放上来大家看下。
