二次激活的PDP 上下文与已激活的PDP 上下文只有QoS profile 不同,每个PDP 上下文具有唯一的TI (Transaction Identifier) 和NSAPI.在许多PDP 上下文中只允许一个PDP 上下文没有TFT ,在传输下行N-PDUs 时GGSN将按照TFT 匹配选择合适的PDP 上下文,MS 发送数据时按QoS 选择不同的PDP 上下文.

MS 向SGSN发送二次激活请求Activate Secondary PDP Context Request (Linked TI, NSAPI,TI, QoS Requested, TFT)时包含Linked TI ,指示分配给任一已激活PDP 上下文(具有相同PDP 地址和APN )的TI 值.

越来越多的应用程序选择建立一个特殊的 Primary PDP Context 用于收发应用程序层的控制信令，而使用 Secondary PDP Context 来实际接收数据，举例说，手机电视应用程序使用 Primary PDP Context 来接收节目单，发送传输质量报告等控制信息，而使用 Secondary PDP Context 来接收电视内容；这样一来，应用程序能够为 Secondary PDP Context 申请很大的带宽和较高的 Guaranteed bit rate for downlink，如果可能网络会使用 HSDPA，而 Primary PDP Context 则申请较低的带宽等参数以节省资源并为使手机漫游的时候提供通畅的控制信令通道。（比如，手机从 WCDMA 漫游到 GSM 网络，Secondary PDP Context 会由于 GSM 不支持 HSDPA 而被释放，但是网络会保留使用低速率连接的 Primary PDP Context 控制信道）

请教楼主的个问题哈：
参照Primary+Secondary PDP上下文激活和去激活.pcap文件，二次激活的PDP 上下文中NSAPI和primary PDP上下文中的NSAPI不一样啊，在上文的描述中"在传输下行N-PDUs 时GGSN将按照TFT 匹配选择合适的PDP 上下文",此处是不是可以用NSAPI+TEID 做区别不同的 PDP上下文 啊？

在中国移动和中国联通的GPRS网络以及3G网络中，有secondary pdp context 激活吗？
我之前问过一个做DPI测试的人，他说现网中没有这个东西，不知道是这样子的？
请教一下前辈，扫一下盲。

激活第二PDP可以申请不同的QoS从而可以满足不同的业务需要，不过这个例子真的很差，激活之后马上去激活了，原因居然是"QoS Not Accepted".


维基百科的描述：
Several PDP contexts may use the same IP address. The Secondary PDP Context Activation procedure may be used to activate a PDP context while reusing the PDP address and other PDP context information from an already active PDP context, but with a different QoS profile.[1] Note that the procedure is called secondary, not the resulting PDP contexts that have no such relationship with the one the PDP address of which they reused.

A total of 11 PDP contexts (with any combination of primary and secondary) can co-exist. NSAPI are used to differentiate the different PDP context.
