Iu Release Request这条消息中会cause注明释放IU资源的原因，对RNC6&10统计时间段内Iu Release

Request消息中的cause值统计如下：

其中，原因为“User Inactivity”或“Release-due-to- UE-generated-signalling-connection-release”的属于正常释放，对应用户的“不激活”和“主动请求释放”的行为特点。具体原因的解释如下：user-inactivity：用户无活动，这种原因共占95.71%，这种情况是由PS用户永久在线计时器所控制，触发条件是在计时器时间内没有收到UE的上发消息，为了增大资源利用率，由RNC发起Iu，Iub及Uu口资源释放，但保留PDP激活。

Release-due-to- UE-generated-signalling-connection-release：UE主动请求释放，这种原因共占3.61%。      

failure-in-the-radio-interface-procedure：无线侧失败，由于空口链路失步，由RNC发起资源释放。

trelocoverall-expiry：等待回复消息超时，RNC在收到relocation command之后，等待iu release command的定时器，计时器超时后SGSN仍然没有下发release command则由RNC发起Iu Release Request并携带原因值为trelocoverall-expiry。

radio-connection-with-UE-Lost：手机丢失，由Node B发起，在空口上一定时间内没有收到UE的上行消息，超过计时器最大时间，Node B释放相应资源，并由RNC发起释放IU资源，携带原因值为radio-connection-with-UE-Lost。

类似的。只不过4G是S1接口，不是Iu接口。规范的描述如下：“

eNodeB detects a need to release the UE's signalling connection and all radio bearers for the UE, the eNodeB sends an S1 UE Context Release Request (Cause) message to the MME. Cause indicates the reason for the release (e.g. O&M intervention, unspecified failure, user inactivity, repeated integrity checking failure, or release due to UE generated signalling connection release).”

所以，同样，eNodeB也可以检测到空口用户不可达或者是因为UE发起的信令连接释放，从而发起S1连接释放，释放后用户的状态将切换到ECM-IDLE。
