S11接口的cause的都是什么原因导致的？

S11接口的Rejection indication from SGW(3GPP 29.274)的cause都可能是什么原因导致的，看规范描述也就一句话的事，根本无法判断？小弟对核心网设备故障接触较少，望大哥指点！
如：#64 "Context not found" (during UE initiated PDN connectivity request for non-3GPP to 3GPP handover procedure)
#64 "Context not found" (during all other procedures)
#66 "Version not supported by next peer"
#84 "All dynamic addresses are occupied"
#103 "Conditional IE missing"
以上几个cause都是什么原因导致，望解答，谢谢！
