由于在sgsn中添加了国际漫游号段,造成了attach success rate 大幅下降.通过mobility log的分析主要集中在个别的漫游用户登陆网络时Authentication failure,而不间断的尝试登陆网络,从而使指标变差,该用户的log信息如下.======== MOBILITY EVENT (W): ATTACH REJECT =========

但看规范应该是系统拒绝后用户就不应该在发起Attach的请求才对.不知道大家怎么看这个问题,是否sgsn上有设置可以拒绝这类用户的再次请求哪?
附近中有收集的信令,希望高手能指点一下原理...

1,UE side，T3302 timer would have been, but all the manufacturers generally are not effective, it is useless.
2,Network side，ODB open feature, operator determined barring. Represents an operator for manual user intervention. Able to cut illegal users protect their networks. For example, when a user arrears, breach of contract agreements, or a virus package so recklessly. Operators can use this way users kicked off. Corresponds to a specific PDP context deactivation of the cause code to # 8.
