和Gb相关的故障代码在TS24.008中定义，而和Gn相关的故障代码在29.060 GTP规范中定义，实际上两者的CC很多是一致的。这里列举出他们的一个映射关系表，方便对照。当然这里的CC应该都是和会话管理流程相关的，因为Gn接口的GGSN没有移动性管理功能。

不好意思啊，确实不是故意的。这是系统自动派发的。
发帖的时候可以自己设置的，可以设置中奖概率。才发现的新功能，为了测试，设置的是30%。
如下：
“回复本帖可获得 5 金钱奖励! 每人限 1 次(中奖概率 30%)“
发完贴后，在帖子最上面可以看到。你也可以发个贴子设置回复奖励试试。当然，如果设置100%，那就只要回复就有啦！

可能是SGSN侧的GTP消息格式不对。就是没有按照3GPP规范的要求填充字段，导致GGSN无法识别。
那个RNC的CC ...
